We offer returns or refunds within 14-day return policy for Jewellery products only, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.


The return shipping cost is not covered by Blended Souls.

Return shipping is recommend having tracking for proof of delivery.

Any return item that is lost in shipment will not be refunded.

You will need to use the Contact us page on website or email lisamaree@blendedsouls.com.au and wait for our approval of an exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

We do not refund or exchange due to change of mind. Under the Australian Consumer law, customer is only entitled to a refund or replacement for a broken or faulty product. If you have paid using a buy now pay later service option like Afterpay or Zip Pay your funds will be refunded back to this service. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sale items, gift cards or change of mind.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages or Faulty

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
